The 62 can be pretty bright depending on your disposition and the era of the sax. The 82Z is a darker sound than the 62 and blows a lot freer than the SX90. I would not use toothpaste because it is slightly abrasive. Just use luke warm water with a SOFT toothbrush. It's fun and easy to play and helps with learning fingerings, reading music, figuring out songs and tounging. If you ever try to play a real sax, your sound and embouchure is like 70% of playing and you won't be developing that on the 120.
