It was on South African tv, which usually had popular international programs (Moomin, Miffy, Dogtanian) dubbed in Afrikaans or left in English. I don't remember much, but I do remember some key details:Solved. I remember seeing a dilbert strip where one character was saying something along the lines of if you put problems off long enough they go away and another character comes in to tell them the project has been canceled because something happened that made it obsolete.
